Role : Java Spring Boot Developer – Microservices Location: Toronto, ON, Canada Experience: 8+ Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST API development, and MongoDB to join our team in Toronto. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices following software design patterns and architectural standards. Work with MongoDB, SQL Server, Kafka, and multithreading. Implement application security using Spring Security and support batch processing with Spring Batch. Participate in all phases of the SDLC, following Agile methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub, Jenkins CI/CD, and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace. Required Skills: Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST API development. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL Server. Knowledge of Kafka, GitHub, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Spring Security, Spring Batch, Angular, Azure Cloud, Python, PySpark, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Autosys.
