Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is hiring an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Vancouver. This position requires strong experience in Waste Water Treatment Plants, a thorough understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Construction Manager will be based on an exciting Waste Water Treatment Plant infrastructure project based on the Island of Vancouver. Your role Lead and oversee all construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery. Ensure that all construction works are in accordance with design specifications and are carried out in accordance with budget, schedule, and quality standards. Provide field execution leadership and a broad range of high quality and reliable construction expertise in a proactive manner. Provide technical and administrative leadership and guidance to construction personnel on site. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction execution, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and performance monitoring. About you Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in construction management. Minimum 10 years of on-site experience working in highly regulated, complex operational environments. Minimum 10 years of professional experience delivering large Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant projects. Experience with Metro Vancouver projects is a plus. Strong technical capability across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably on major Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant programs and projects. Demonstrable experience leading project reporting, performance management, and decision-making processes. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
