Perform conceptual, preliminary, and detailed mechanical design engineering for nuclear reactor components according to applicable codes and standards. Prepare technical documentation, including calculations and drawings, while interfacing with regulatory bodies like TSSA and CNSC. Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering and eligibility for Professional Engineer licensure in Ontario. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience, proficiency in GD&T, and classical stress calculations.
