Job Title: End User AI Tooling Developer Employment Type: Contract Duration: End December 2027 Location: Toronto Ideal Rate: $90- $95 (Based on Experience) Hybrid- 3 days per week Must haves: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong Python development experience. Experience developing applications and integrations using REST APIs and enterprise systems. Hands-on experience with LLM/Generative AI platforms. Experience with AI agents, tool/function calling, retrieval/RAG, and AI evaluation. Experience building AI-powered applications, integrations, or developer tooling. Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts including OAuth, SSO, authentication, authorization, user entitlements, data classification, and audit logging. Strong Git-based development and version-control practices. Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is an asset. Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria. All AI generated results are vetted by our team and the decision of which candidates move forward is always made by a human.

Candidates should understand AI agents, retrieval and evaluation, enterprise security, and Git-based development; Model Context Protocol experience is highly preferred, and regulated-industry experience is an asset.
