Server Assistant

We are looking for supportive Server Assistants to enhance our Service Team. As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with customer needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo” you are key in our customers having a great experience at Birdies Eats & Drinks. As a Server Assistant, you will: Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional customer experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your server and customers, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times. Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate every day’s experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with customers. Be a problem solver and a supportive team player.
