Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Field Parts Operation Manager for our Mississauga, ON location. The Field Parts Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting Parts departments for our truck and trailer division across multiple store locations to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence. This role collaborates closely with Parts Manager and other regional leaders to implement strategic plans, ensure compliance, and enhance overall performance and efficiency within the region. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR * Collaborate with Parts Managers to establish objectives and actionable plans that enhance sales, margins, expenses, and profits across the Parts departments. * Execute the customer support business plan and strategies to differentiate parts operations in the market while driving profitability. * Oversee the implementation of business plans through branch operations to ensure consistent achievement of financial and operational goals. * Review financials for the stores within the area of responsibility and review monthly with the respective teams. * Develop targeted improvement plans for each department to boost overall performance and efficiency. * Assist stores in succession planning to build leadership continuity and strengthen key roles within the area of responsibility. * Collaborate with Division and Regional CSA managers to align support and resources consistently across stores. * Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dealer audit criteria. * Review and follow up on branch visit report cards to ensure clear accountability and timely resolution of action items. * Support the rollout of 5S and Lean principles to new stores to enhance operational efficiency and workplace organization. * Travel regularly within the region to provide onsite support and build strong relationships with store teams. * Other duties as assigned. WHAT WE LOOK FOR * 7-10 years’ experience working in a parts department with a minimum of 5 years’ progressively responsible management experience. * Experience in the heavy equipment industry considered an asset. * Understanding and knowledge of branch operations for parts departments. * Understanding and knowledge of the Customer Support Process specifically for parts operations. * Strong customer service skills. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Possess a valid Driver’s License. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
