Join our growing team where everyone belongs!Position Details What You Will Do - Full investigation, evaluation, analysis, negotiation and settlement of property damage claims- Conduct claim investigations, including coordinating, consulting, negotiating and collaborating with appraisers, body shops, third party claimants, adjusters and vendors- Evaluate liability, salvage and subrogation exposure and potential- Review and analyze losses to ensure files meet the guideline criteria and determine proper kind of loss- Maintain adequate reserves based on exposure and authority level Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply. Who you are: Post-secondary education completion- 1-5 years prior claims handling experience coupled with 2-3 years customer service experience- Excellent communication skills both written and oral- Excellent organizational skills- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills - Previous claims experience in property and/or auto inclusive of technical and coverage issues, management/resolution would be considered an asset.- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
