The Sales Enablement Leader will build the enablement function from the ground up, creating core content, resources, and training programs for sales and solutions consulting teams. They will partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging, identify gaps in the sales journey, and drive global scaling of enablement initiatives. Candidates must have 4–6 years of experience in sales enablement, operations, product marketing, or training, with a proven ability to create structure in fast-moving environments. Strong hands-on execution skills, the ability to influence without formal authority, and experience with SaaS or B2B trial motions are required.
