The Senior UX Designer will lead the design of cloud-based financial and audit products while integrating AI-assisted tools into the design workflow. They will also mentor junior designers and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, user-centered outcomes. Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional UX experience and proficiency with AI-assisted design tools like Figma, Claude Code, and Replit. A strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and the ability to lead user research programs is also required.
