The Community Navigator will work with municipalities and community partners to identify and address local climate challenges, improve energy efficiency, and support infrastructure planning. They will lead community engagement activities, manage project work plans, and assist in developing funding applications to advance climate resilience.

The coordinator will lead forest ecology research focusing on old growth structures, biodiversity, and forest diseases. Responsibilities include conducting field assessments, collecting ecological data, and coordinating partnerships with academic and government institutions.

Coordinate freshwater, soil, and environmental sampling programs to study lake health and reptile conservation. Lead quality assurance procedures and mentor staff and volunteers in scientific sampling techniques.

The role involves enhancing urban natural environments through the planting of native species and the control of invasive plants. Additionally, the officer will educate the public on protecting rare urban ecosystems and maintain wildlife facilities.
