Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in finance, business, human resources, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in financial budget analysis or workforce planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is highly desired, as is the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
