Job Overview: Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for: * Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence * Working co-operatively with team members who deliver excellent service to make all guests * Providing proper storage of yard and warehouse merchandise * Unloading supplier trucks and stock shelves * Loading customer vehicles * Keeping yard and storage areas organized and clean * Ensuring company policies including the Health and Safety program are always adhered to (ex. CSA approved footwear) What You Bring: * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work outside in all weather conditions * Able to repetitively pull, lift 50lbs and climb ladders safely as required * Valid Driver’s License * Forklift experience is considered an asset * Knowledge of livestock is considered an asset * Able to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering customer service that goes that extra mile * A team member with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * Committed to quality with an eye for detail * Experienced in retail in a similar position * Results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
