Process customer shipment and order requirements in the Warehouse Management System, prepare shipping documents, coordinate priorities with dispatchers and operations teams, and schedule shipments. Check shipment accuracy, report inventory status and discrepancies, and assist customers with billing and account inquiries while following warehouse safety and quality procedures.
