Tasks

• Participate in food production activities: processing, recipe preparation, weighing, packaging, and labeling.
• Apply food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP).
• Ensure proper product labeling and traceability.
• Prepare orders of fresh products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and machinery.
• Complete production logs and quality control forms.
• Work in a versatile and collaborative manner within the team.
• Communicate proactively and respectfully with team members to ensure cohesion and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as required

Job requirements

• Experience in the food industry, food processing, or the restaurant sector.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP) as per MAPAQ regulations.
• Diploma or certificate in butchery, pastry, or culinary arts (DEP, AEC, or DEC) is an asset.
