Property Administrator – Contract 📍 North York, Toronto 💰 $28–$35/hour 🏢 In-office | Monday to Friday 🚀 Immediate start Envy Consulting Group is partnering confidentially with an established Toronto real estate ownership and management firm to hire an experienced Property Administrator for an immediate contract opportunity. This role is initially covering a leave and the assignment could extend depending on business needs. You’ll join a small, established team and work closely with ownership, supporting the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. The Role This is a hands-on position combining property administration, tenant relations, vendor coordination, lease administration, and light financial support. We’re looking for someone who can step in quickly, learn the portfolio, and confidently keep tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal priorities moving. What You’ll Do Property & Tenant Administration Support the day-to-day administration of a commercial property portfolio Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors, trades, and vendor access Prepare and maintain lease documentation, renewals, amendments, and tenancy agreements Maintain tenant files, certificates of insurance, emergency contacts, and property records Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Assist with vendor tendering and contract administration Office Administration Act as a first point of contact for tenants, visitors, vendors, and contractors Manage incoming calls, correspondence, mail, and couriers Coordinate meetings and internal scheduling Prepare documents and complete general administrative and data-entry tasks Help keep the office organized and running smoothly Financial Support Track accounts receivable and rent collections Follow up on outstanding tenant accounts Complete daily banking as required Assist with monthly property reporting and operating expense tracking What We’re Looking For 2+ years of property administration experience or similar relevant experience Commercial real estate experience is preferred, although strong residential property administration experience will also be considered Experience with Yardi Breeze, Yardi Voyager, or another property management system Comfortable working with leases, tenant correspondence, and property documentation Strong organization and attention to detail Professional, service-oriented communication style Able to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision Available to start within one to two weeks Why Consider It?
