Build relationships with employers and community organizations, market participants, and develop and maintain individualized Employment Action Plans.

Develop and execute organization-wide HR strategies, advising executive leaders and overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, total rewards, workforce planning, and compliance. Lead HR team delivery, culture and organizational change initiatives, health and safety programs, digital transformation, and departmental budgeting.
