The Assistant Produce Manager provides leadership to the team through scheduling, coaching, and recruitment while ensuring exceptional customer service. They assist the Fresh Food Manager in achieving budgeted financial targets and maintaining safe, efficient operations. Candidates should have at least one year of retail or customer service experience with supervisory experience and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Grade 12 education is preferred, along with the ability to obtain PME, Foodwise, and First Aid certifications.
