Imagine terminer ton quart en sachant que tu as contribué, concrètement, à transformer des canneberges de qualité. Ici, ton rôle se voit : tu prépares les équipements, tu surveilles les paramètres, tu ajustes le procédé et tu t’assures que tout se déroule selon les normes de qualité, de salubrité et de sécurité. Comme opérateur(trice), tu fais partie d’une équipe qui avance ensemble. Tu observes, tu réagis, tu documentes les données de production et tu collabores avec tes collègues pour garder les opérations efficaces et sécuritaires. On cherche une personne autonome, vigilante et rigoureuse, qui aime apprendre, bouger et travailler dans un environnement automatisé. Si tu as de l’expérience en production alimentaire, c’est un atout — sinon, ton intérêt et ton attitude feront déjà une bonne différence. Tu travailleras selon un horaire 3-2-2-3, sur des quarts de 12 heures. Des postes sont offerts de jour et de nuit, sans rotation. Ton expérience compte et sera reconnue dans notre offre salariale!
