What You Bring to the Table * 2+ years of kitchen experience preferred — flexibility for the right candidate * Skilled in grilling, frying, and line cooking in a fast-paced environment * Thrives under pressure, maintaining speed and accuracy during busy service * Solid knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices * Food Safe certification is a strong asset * Team-focused with a genuine passion for food and hospitality Your Days Will Look Like * Prepare fresh ingredients daily, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency during prep and service. * Cook dishes to order with care and precision, maintaining Tapley’s quality and presentation standards. * Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following all food safety and sanitation protocols. * Monitor inventory levels, communicating with the team to ensure the kitchen is always well-stocked. * Collaborate with the kitchen crew, communicating clearly and supporting each other through busy service. * Plate meals with attention to detail, ensuring each dish looks great and hits the pass on time. * Adapt to guest requests, accommodating dietary needs or special orders with professionalism. * Contribute to a positive kitchen culture, bringing energy, efficiency, and a strong work ethic every shift.
