In this hybrid role, you’ll spend 2 days per week supporting the Tech Team and 3 days per week as a Zipline Guide. As part of the Tech Team, you’ll assist with equipment maintenance, inspections, inventory, and general technical operations, helping ensure our workshop, courses, and gear meet high safety and quality standards. As a Zipline Guide, you’ll lead guests through their adventure, providing a safe, fun, and memorable experience from start to finish. What You Bring to the Table * Previous experience in a technical, maintenance, outdoor recreation, hospitality, or guest-facing role is an asset * Working knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of hand tools is an asset * A strong interest in learning technical skills and developing within the role * Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset * Confident communicating with guests and team members * Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and remaining on your feet for extended periods * Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing the physical requirements of the role * Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures * Valid 80-hour First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain * Rope access certification (IRATA, SPRAT, NFPA, or equivalent), or willingness to obtain * Previous zipline guiding or adventure tourism experience is an asset, but not required Your Days Will Look Like Tech Team * Support equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs * Assist with inventory and general workshop organization * Maintain TAG equipment, courses, and gear to high safety standards * Support contractors, projects, and other operational needs as required Zipline Guide * Guide guests through safe, fun, and memorable zipline experiences * Deliver clear safety briefings and instructions * Monitor guests, equipment, and course conditions throughout the day * Provide friendly, confident guest service while working outdoors * Support daily course set-up, equipment checks, and operational tasks Sound Like Fit? Requirements

Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. While previous experience in maintenance or adventure tourism is an asset, it is not required, provided you are willing to obtain necessary certifications like First Aid and rope access.
