The Director is responsible for the strategic leadership of infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, and enterprise operations to ensure resilient and scalable technology services. They will oversee multi-year roadmaps, platform modernization, and 24/7 service operations while managing vendor ecosystems and operational risk. Candidates must have over 12 years of progressive experience in infrastructure and cloud operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. A post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with proven success in managing complex hybrid environments and enterprise-level transformations.
