KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Lead, coach, and support team members during shifts. * Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. * Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation according to Tim Hortons standards. * Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and health and safety standards throughout the restaurant. * Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation. * Support scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members. * Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards. * Help meet sales, productivity, and labour goals by managing workflow effectively. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurant, or retail supervision preferred. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math and cash handling skills. * Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
