Your new company Support a diverse residential portfolio consisting of apartment and townhouse communities. Be part of a collaborative leadership team focused on operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset performance. Your new role Lead facilities operations across a multi-site residential portfolio in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Oversee hands-on preventative maintenance programs, building systems, and property inspections. Manage service contracts, vendor relationships, and contractor performance. Drive operational improvements and implement best practices across the portfolio. Develop and oversee capital planning initiatives in partnership with senior leadership. Provide leadership and support to maintenance teams, including supervisory staff and technicians. Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard. Make strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, asset performance, and resident satisfaction. Collaborate closely with operations and executive leadership on portfolio priorities and long-term planning. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience leading facilities, maintenance, or building operations across multiple properties. Strong leadership experience managing maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors. Strong understanding of residential building operations and maintenance best practices. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance strategic planning with a hands-on, field-based approach. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Residential portfolio experience is strongly preferred. What you'll get in return Competitive salary of up to $105,000 annually.
