Job summary
Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain is looking for Guest Service Agents who are enthusiastic about providing an exceptional guest experience. Our team is a big reason guests return often and share memories of their spa experience with others. What you will do: Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome Foster a relaxing and tranquil environment for guests Assist with guest reservations, modifications and cancellations on the phone and/or in person Be responsible for check-ins and daily transactions Engage guests; make a connection and anticipate guest’s needs Manage wait list and cancellations Serve prepared food and beverages at our bistro What we offer: A friendly, positive and tranquil team environment that allows each team member the opportunity to excel and showcase their passion for customer service excellence Complimentary employee and spouse access to the Thermal Journey One complimentary Registered Massage treatment Food and Beverage Discounts Boutique Discounts Employee rates for services Pay Rate: $19.38 / hour Requirements: Smart Serve Certification required (or willing to obtain) Customer Service Experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A professional and positive attitude Someone who enjoys people and interacting with the public Self motivated team player Ability to manage time efficiently Ability to perform basic computer skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time and some lifting Flexibility to be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to work 24 hours per week all year round (except 2-week vacation period).
