Lead the organization’s financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, accounting, reporting, audits, compliance, donation processing, fund accounting, and banking relationships. Oversee administrative and human resources functions, develop staff and organizational policies, and contribute to ministry leadership and spiritual life.

Manage relationships with donor groups, coordinate their international project involvement, and prepare and lead short-term mission teams. Provide spiritual guidance, promote the organization’s mission and values, speak at congregational events, and travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Research projects, prepare proposals and presentations, conduct international field assessments and monitoring, and manage project budgets and daily operations. Build relationships with field partners, coordinate activities with internal teams, and lead international mission teams when required.

Support and maintain Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other SaaS systems, including configuration, application improvements, and user training. Provide front-line hardware and software support, manage staff devices and account changes, and assist with security, network reliability, backups, and IT documentation.

Create branded graphics, print materials, email campaigns, and digital assets, while managing social media content, scheduling, and audience engagement. Analyze marketing performance and collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and support fundraising and awareness campaigns.

Lead the multimedia strategy and team, overseeing video storytelling from concept and production through distribution, analytics, and performance reporting. Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, production standards, and ethical storytelling practices while supporting the organization’s mission and spiritual life.
