Here are the main responsibilities: Design, develop and optimize business intelligence tools to support business decisions; Contribute to risk management controls and market analyses; Translate business needs into practical, tailored and well-documented solutions; Analyze data and recommend key performance indicators; Actively participate in the governance of business intelligence assets; Contribute to the quality of information data; Support business partners in identifying and defining their needs by highlighting available data and value-creation opportunities. What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics, actuarial science, business intelligence or another related field; Has at least two years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role; Is proficient in SQL and a data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau; Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and the ability to analyze complex data; Communicates technical concepts effectively to business partners with varied backgrounds; Demonstrates autonomy, initiative and rigour, particularly in validation and documentation; Has a strong interest in technology and the ability to learn and use new tools and programming languages; Has experience in the insurance or financial services industry. Knowledge of a programming language used in data analysis, such as Python or R, is considered an asset.
