We are actively looking for a Caretaker/ Resident Manager to provide ongoing support to the on-site management team. This role is a live on site role in the Greater Vancouver region. Benefits & Perks $60,000 - $65,000 Extended Benefits Rent Subsidy Responsibilities Show suites and provides prospective Residents with an application if they are deemed a good fit for the building Manage the rental process for Residents, which includes all the required paper work for the rental of suites, parking and/or storage lockers Treat applicants and Residents with courtesy and respect, and address any problems or concerns. Prepares vacant suites for new Residents by completing necessary repairs, upgrades and/or cleaning and painting; Deal with Resident issues regarding complaints about excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or misuse of property. Requirements 2+ years of building manager experience Experience with new builds and warranty process is an asset. Experience with Marketing Units, and leasing process. Requirements
