Product Manager, Rewards Strategy & Partnerships Duration: November 3, 2026 – November 2, 2027 Job Summary The Product Manager, Rewards Strategy & Partnerships will own the end-to-end rewards strategy and lifecycle from concept through execution. This role will also lead integration efforts across a broader ecosystem of connections that support customer experience, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and integrations with third-party service providers. Essential Responsibilities Individual Responsibilities Rewards Strategy & Lifecycle Execution (40%) Own the rewards budget and direct the end-to-end rewards strategy, defining the overall business strategy, objectives, and how this translates into what customers are rewarded for. Define personalization strategy and reward value across the full rewards lifecycle, from design and scoping through launch, measurement, iteration, and retirement. Translate strategy into execution in close partnership with internal teams and external third-party vendors. Ecosystem Integrations (20%) Lead delivery of integrations connecting the platform to the broader service ecosystem, including customer SSO and integrations with third-party service providers. Shared Responsibilities Rewards & Integration Roadmap Planning and Prioritization (20%) Co-lead prioritization of the roadmap spanning rewards initiatives and ecosystem integrations. Integration Pattern Development (20%) Govern the ongoing development and refinement of integration patterns, including SAML 2.0, OIDC, and other identity provider protocols, supporting consistent, secure, and repeatable delivery across the ecosystem. Job Requirements Direct End-to-End Rewards Strategy Experience managing rewards budgets, defining reward criteria and eligibility, and determining reward value while balancing customer value, cost, and business outcomes. Ability to carry rewards strategy through to execution. Full Rewards Lifecycle Ownership Experience scoping, designing, launching, measuring, and iterating reward programs. Ability to align Product, third-party vendors, Marketing, Finance, and Operations throughout the lifecycle. Ecosystem Integration Delivery Own the roadmap and delivery of integrations spanning customer-facing inbound SSO and third-party service provider connectivity. Ensure integrations are delivered to a consistent standard of quality and support broader business objectives. SSO & Identity Federation Experience leading inbound SSO and third-party integrations using SAML 2.0 and other identity technologies such as OIDC. Partner with Security and Architecture teams to ensure reliable and compliant connectivity. Integration & Rewards Architecture Patterns Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to establish reusable patterns for SSO, identity federation, and reward fulfillment. Strategy-to-Delivery Planning Develop clear execution plans across internal teams and third-party vendors, including milestones, dependencies, ownership, risks, and issues across rewards and integration workstreams. Measurable Outcomes Define and track KPIs such as reward redemption and engagement, cost per rewarded outcome, integration adoption, SSO reliability and uptime, service provider connectivity, and customer satisfaction. Leverage data to continuously refine rewards strategy and integration performance. Secure, Compliant & Reliable Integrations Partner with Security, Architecture, and Legal to ensure integration patterns meet enterprise security and compliance standards, including SAML assertions, encryption, session management, and data handling. Executive Communication Synthesize complex rewards strategies and technical integration considerations into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. Competencies Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, encompassing rewards or loyalty strategy and identity/SSO integration expertise. Education University degree in Business, Technical, or Quantitative disciplines. Master's degree or business-oriented education is an asset when paired with a technical background. Executive Communication Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling recommendations to senior leadership. Complexity Simplification Ability to translate complex rewards, technical, and integration considerations into accessible, business-focused narratives. Relationship Building Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders, internal technology partners, and external vendors' technical and product teams. Execution Under Pressure Ability to manage multiple competing priorities across rewards and integration workstreams and adapt to evolving demands. Vendor Management Experience managing and working with third-party vendors is an asset. Ability to ensure vendors supporting rewards lifecycle execution deliver on time and to a high standard of quality. 0-to-1-to-N Track Record Track record of establishing new rewards programs or integrations from 0-to-1 and scaling them across a broader customer base. Ownership & Accountability High degree of self-motivation, ownership, and accountability for rewards and integration outcomes. Financial Acumen Strong financial and commercial acumen, including rewards budget and cost modeling, ROI analysis, and ongoing value tracking. SSO & Identity Integration Expertise Advanced proficiency in SAML 2.0, OIDC, and other identity provider or SSO technologies, with demonstrated experience applying them across customer-facing and third-party integrations. This is a core requirement of the role.

Requirements

Candidates should have a university degree in a business, technical, or quantitative discipline and demonstrate strong financial acumen, vendor and stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
