12 month contract Guelph, ON 2 days per week on site Pay rate: $28-$30 per hour JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Risk Management Analyst to support the identification, assessment, documentation, and monitoring of risks and controls across the organization. This individual will partner with various business units to understand their processes, document key risks and controls, and help ensure alignment with established risk management standards and methodologies. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 2+ years of experience within risk management (compliance, risk or audit) - Strong knowledge if risk management industry standards and methodologies - Has experience documenting the risks and controls within entities and business unit functions - Post secondary degree in Business, IT, Law, Compliance or Risk Management NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Has a background in audit or accounting We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. Requirements

Requires at least two years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit, along with strong knowledge of risk management standards and methodologies. A post-secondary degree in Business, IT, Law, Compliance, or Risk Management is required; an audit or accounting background is an asset.
