The successful candidate will focus on a range of digital customer experiences. · User Research & Analysis o Conduct usability testing, interviews, and surveys to understand customer needs. o Analyze data and synthesize insights to inform design decisions. · Wireframing & Prototyping o Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch. o Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results. · Design System & Development Collaboration o Work within established design systems and contribute to their evolution. o Collaborate with developers to ensure consistency across platforms (web, iOS, Android). · Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration o Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with product managers, developers, and QA teams. o Ensure designs are ready for development and meet sprint timelines. · Stakeholder Engagement o Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval. o Facilitate workshops to align teams on user needs and design strategies. · Continuous Improvement o Monitor product releases and gather post-launch feedback for iterative improvements. o Stay updated on industry trends and perform competitive analysis. · Accessibility & Compliance o Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and comply with banking regulations. o Incorporate inclusive design principles into all deliverables. · Documentation & Handoff o Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for developer handoff. o Maintain clear documentation for future reference and audits.
