The Adobe DAM Lead Engineer (Onsite) serves as the primary client-facing technical lead responsible for managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets/DAM support and enhancement services. This role provides technical leadership, stakeholder management, delivery governance, production support oversight, and coordination between client teams, onsite stakeholders, and offshore engineering teams. The lead ensures platform stability, drives enhancement initiatives, and supports the evolution of the organization's digital asset supply chain strategy. Must work with US and overlapping Europe timezone. Act as the primary point of contact for business, marketing, and technology stakeholders. Conduct requirement discussions, solution workshops, and roadmap planning sessions. Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and executive-level reporting. Partner with client product owners and business teams to prioritize support and enhancement initiatives. Lead onsite delivery of AEM DAM support and enhancement engagements. Coordinate activities between onsite stakeholders and offshore engineering teams. Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, estimation, release planning, and sprint reviews. Ensure successful delivery of support commitments, enhancements, and platform improvements. Oversee incident management, RCA reviews, problem management, and service delivery performance. Lead critical incident discussions and coordinate resolution across cross-functional teams. Monitor SLA compliance, operational metrics, and support effectiveness. Drive continuous service improvements and operational excellence initiatives. Lead and mentor offshore DAM engineers and support teams. Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on complex issues and enhancement designs. Manage knowledge transfer activities, support documentation, and operational runbooks. Promote engineering best practices, quality standards, and continuous learning. 8+ years of AEM experience with deep expertise in AEM Assets/DAM. Expertise in metadata modeling, taxonomy/tagging, asset lifecycle management, workflows, Dynamic Media/Scene7, DAM integrations, and APIs Strong hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service. Familiarity with Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD, and AI-enabled DAM capabilities Strong production support experience, including incident management, RCA, troubleshooting, and release/deployment support. Ability to engage directly with business and technology stakeholders, lead solution discussions, and drive support and enhancement initiatives. Experience managing offshore teams, Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication

Requirements
Requires 8+ years of AEM experience with deep expertise in AEM Assets/DAM, including metadata, taxonomy, workflows, Dynamic Media/Scene7, integrations, APIs, and hands-on AEM as a Cloud Service experience. Candidates should also bring production support and incident management experience, familiarity with Cloud Manager and CI/CD tools, and the ability to lead offshore teams, Agile delivery, and stakeholder discussions.
