In this versatile part-time remote role, you will support a licensed mental health therapist and intimacy educator in building, managing, and scaling an online education business. You will turn client-provided content and brand assets into polished, user-friendly digital experiences across course platforms, email marketing software, and social channels. Working closely with an established brand strategy, you will take full ownership of implementation—configuring online courses, integrating website pages, scheduling email newsletters, and coordinating social media content. Operating in an empowering, supportive digital environment, you will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical execution across tools like Squarespace, ConvertKit, Canva, and Meta Business Suite. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure flawless user journeys across marketing funnels, landing pages, and educational portals. This flexible position offers a unique opportunity to grow into expanded operational and community management roles as the business expands globally. \n Accountabilities: Course Design & Setup: Build, organize, and format online course modules, lessons, and learning paths using client-provided videos, worksheets, slide decks, and Canva presentation assets. Website & Integration Support: Maintain and update Squarespace website pages, landing pages, forms, and buttons, ensuring seamless integration between the website, course platform, and marketing systems. Email Marketing & Automations: Prepare, format, and schedule weekly newsletters and automated email sequences through ConvertKit (Kit), managing subscriber lists and link functionality. Funnel & Meta Ads Support: Implement and monitor marketing funnels, opt-in forms, and promotional campaigns while assisting with basic Meta Ads setup, asset uploads, and campaign tracking. Social Media & Content Publishing: Format and schedule daily Reels, posts, and visual assets on Instagram and Facebook using Canva graphics, hashtags, and client-provided video content. Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct thorough quality checks across forms, emails, course navigation, and sales funnels to catch technical issues, broken links, or formatting errors prior to launch. Requirements: Relevant Experience: Previous virtual assistant experience supporting online course creators, digital educators, coaches, therapists, or digital media businesses. Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with Canva, Squarespace, and ConvertKit (Kit), alongside strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and Google Workspace. Course & Ad Software Knowledge: Exposure to online course platforms (e.g., Circle.so, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable) and basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite is highly preferred. Detail & Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple digital assets and software platforms simultaneously. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with high comfort following established workflows and delivering proactive project updates. Role Alignment & Preference: Female candidates are preferred to align with the brand’s future audience and community initiatives. Benefits: 100% Remote Flexibility: Complete location independence. Flexible Part-Time Schedule: Initial 10 hours per week engagement (Monday to Friday, EST hours) with strong potential for increased hours based on performance. Career Growth & Upskilling: Long-term career growth opportunities into broader marketing, virtual event, and community management roles, supported by ongoing training. Competitive Compensation: Attractive hourly rates with reliable weekly payment processing. Supportive Community: Access to guidance, vibrant contractor communities, and structured operational support. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
