About Les Moulins de Soulanges
Our business model s based on a value chain partnership between farmers, a miller and bakers. Our goal is to develop high quality agrifood products wich respect the environment. Our plant, situated in St-Polycarpe, in the Montérégie region, milled its first local grains in February 2007.
We are designers and producers of specialty flours since 2007. We offer innovative flour solutions for bakeries and food manufacturers of all sizes. We value environmental stewardship and local farming under our "Agriculture Raisonnée™ Trade Mark (sustainable agriculture): rethinking our agriculture for a safe and sustainable future. (www.agricultureraisonnee.ca).
The baker's challenge is to bake tasty breads with flavor and texture. At the mill, our contrribution is to produce specifically designed flours to the bakers need : flours with our signature Moulins de Soulanges.
