About the role
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and compliance. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to organizational growth through effective HR strategies, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate across departments to ensure a positive workplace environment and uphold company policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes utilizing ATS platforms such as ADP and Cornerstone, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee HRIS systems to ensure accurate data collection and entry.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Support training & development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational growth.
- Assist with payroll processing and compliance using ADP.
- Lead change management initiatives related to HR processes or organizational restructuring projects using project management best practices.
- Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate with leadership on HR sourcing strategies and talent acquisition efforts to meet staffing needs efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies through regular audits and updates.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions including documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Human Resources management functions including recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and training & development.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead change initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with data entry, data collection, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP) is advantageous.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Pay: $60,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
