JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Governance Adoption & Business Enablement Consultant to support the establishment and day-to-day operation of the Enterprise Data Governance Office by coordinating governance activities, building repeatable processes and enabling consistent delivery of governance services across business, technology and the lines of defense. Act as the operational bridge between stakeholders by translating governance priorities into structured workplaces, governance artefacts, meeting coordination, and measurable outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years within enterprise data governance
• Experience supporting or implementing enterprise data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, data quality, governance processes, policies, and standards
• Excellent process development/operationalization experience
• Strong organizational/program coordination skills
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills with a business-focused mindset
