Role Overview

We're seeking a creative, skilled, and highly motivated Senior Performance Creative Strategist to join our team. As the mastermind behind ads seen by hundreds of thousands of people in their social feeds, you'll direct creative strategy for clients who spend tens of millions of dollars annually on our advertising content.

In this role, you'll work alongside our talented team of videographers, video editors, and producers to concept, develop, shoot, and report on performance marketing assets in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You'll have the autonomy to explore trends, strategies, data, and creative treatments across multiple digital and social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Concept, script, and direct performance-driven marketing videos and static ads for clients across digital channels Analyze performance data and develop innovative ideas for optimization and iterations that improve campaign performance Ideate and write conversion-driven scripts for new ads Ensure deliverables are met and content is delivered on schedule Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for assigned clients, managing project timelines, client communications, feedback cycles, and stakeholder alignment from briefing through final delivery Meet with clients to strategically identify and implement strategies that maximize ad spend and achieve KPIs Analyze consumer target mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform compelling creative development Review video assets and provide feedback using collaboration tools to ensure creative standards meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and deadlines Complete and transfer deliverables to assigned clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing experience Experience analyzing performance data to come up with new ad ideas or iterations Experience writing converting video scripts and static ads Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Library, TikTok Ads Library, and creative research tools (Atria, MagicBrief, Foreplay) Elite organizational skills and experience with project management tools (Notion, Coda, Asana) and content review platforms (Frame, Air) AI-forward mindset with experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other emerging tools Growth mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment requiring multitasking Strong grasp of culture and keen understanding of trends and performance drivers Excellent communication skills Positive attitude and self-starter mentality Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 CAD depending on experience, with opportunities for performance-based growth and advancement.
