What You?ll Do
- Lead new patient consultations and present treatment with confidence
- Review estimates, insurance, and financial options clearly with patients
- Help patients move forward with care by building trust and clarity
- Support and guide a junior administrative team
- Assist with front desk workflow, scheduling, and patient communication
- Ensure accuracy in current administration procedures
- Help implement and follow office policies
- Schedule appointments
- Help with Day to Day administration

- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator or senior dental administrator
- Strong ability to present treatment and discuss finances confidently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
