About the role
Our client, a company in the agri-food sector, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the development of its exclusive products.
With a central kitchen already in operation and expansion projects underway, the organization is looking to continue growing its activities by optimizing processes and further structuring its operations.
Reporting to management, you will contribute to operational optimization and continuous process improvement while ensuring the overall coordination of central kitchen activities. You will also play a key role in team engagement, priority management, and the execution of strategic projects that support the company’s growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operations of the central kitchen.
- Plan and optimize production in collaboration with the Head Chef.
- Structure processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise and motivate the team to foster effective collaboration.
- Maintain an organized, high-performing, and safe work environment.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and expansion with new clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers and optimize procurement activities.
- Establish performance indicators and monitor operational results.
- Participate in various continuous improvement projects.
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in operations coordination, management, or team supervision.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to structure and scale operations in a growth environment.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Experience in the agri-food or food industry (an asset).
Salary: To be discussed based on experience
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, full-time
