This role is for a supply chain leader who enjoys building strategy and then making it happen. You know how to balance planning, sourcing, logistics, supplier performance, and operational execution to keep a business moving forward. Based on the job description, the role is responsible for leading Enwave's supply chain strategy, sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and sales and operations planning activities.

As Director, Supply Chain, you'll lead the development of supply chain strategies, oversee key sourcing and supplier initiatives, and work closely with leaders across the organization to ensure materials, services, and resources are aligned with business priorities.
What you’ll do
You'll lead supply chain strategy across planning, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance. A key focus of the role is ensuring the organization has the right materials, resources, and processes in place to support operational priorities and future growth.
You'll oversee sourcing initiatives from concept through execution, collaborating with leaders across the business to align resources, priorities, and project outcomes. You'll also establish strategies that improve supplier performance, strengthen service and delivery reliability, and help manage costs across the organization.
As a senior leader, you'll build and develop a high-performing supply chain team while influencing stakeholders across the business. You'll bring data, insight, and sound judgment to decisions that affect operational performance and long-term value creation.
What we’re looking for
At least 5 years of supply chain leadership experience, preferably within district energy, energy infrastructure, or decarbonization-related environments Proven experience leading supply chain, sourcing, logistics, and supplier management programs Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, execution-focused leadership style Ability to develop and implement supply chain and inventory management strategies Strong negotiation, supplier evaluation, and relationship management capabilities Bachelor's degree required; master's degree considered an asset SCMP or a related professional designation preferred Advanced proficiency with ERP systems supporting purchasing and materials management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment that requires flexibility and adaptability Experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is $1750,000- 185,000, based on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
