About the role
Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Administrator for our client in Winnipeg. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping and receiving operations through accurate data entry, customer service, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry related to shipping, receiving, orders, and inventory records Process and maintain shipping documentation, invoices, and related paperwork Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and carriers to ensure timely communication and issue resolution Provide professional customer service by responding to inquiries and providing updates as required Support daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure smooth operations Verify information for accuracy and completeness Assist with tracking shipments and resolving discrepancies Maintain organized records and filing systems Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications & Skills Previous administrative, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is an asset Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems Reliable, dependable, and willing to support the team where needed
