Lead and motivate the production team, oversee equipment maintenance, and handle incident reporting and performance documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science with specific training in microbiology and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a sterile pharmaceutical environment. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English and possess strong knowledge of GMP and manufacturing processes.
