Compensation Solutions Analyst 📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) 💰 Pay Rate: Up to $42/hr T4 + 4% Vacation Pay 📅 Contract Duration: ASAP - January 8, 2027 ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Solutions Analyst to support a global Total Rewards team. This role is ideal for a compensation, HR analytics, or total rewards professional who enjoys working with complex data, market benchmarking, pay equity initiatives, and compensation program analysis within a large, global organization. You will partner closely with HR, Compensation, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver insights, support strategic compensation decisions, and help ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct market pricing, compensation benchmarking, and competitive pay analyses using salary surveys and external market data. Analyze labor market trends and develop data-driven compensation recommendations. Support job evaluation, leveling, and organizational design assessments. Assist with pay equity analyses, reporting, and compliance initiatives. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Develop compensation dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support compensation activities including promotions, salary adjustments, retention programs, and organizational changes. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation-related data. Contribute to process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. Support annual compensation cycles and global compensation projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Human Resources, or a related analytical role. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Complex formulas Data analysis and reporting Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working within a global or matrixed organization. Nice to Have Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation. HR certification. Experience supporting statutory pay equity analyses and reporting. Experience with Visier analytics. Experience with Syndio or similar pay equity platforms. Knowledge of compensation surveys, market pricing methodologies, and global compensation practices.
