Prioritize Guest Experience: You create personalized experiences for your guests and proactively address all their needs. We value hearing from individuals who possess: Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management Strong Leadership and communication skills Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers) Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
