They are responsible for supervising field investigations, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality project delivery within budget and schedule. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline and possess 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental assessment and remediation. A professional designation such as P.Eng. or P.Geo. with APEGA is required, along with strong knowledge of Canadian environmental regulations.
