As the Events and Activations Coordinator - Student Recruitment, and under the supervision of the Marketing Department, your main role will be to plan, coordinate and execute the College's recruitment event calendar, school visits, education fairs, open houses, webinars and activations. You will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting the pipeline of domestic and international applicants, working closely with the admissions, digital marketing, and academic teams. Reports to: Marketing Department / Enrollment * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and manage the integrated annual calendar of recruitment activities (school visits, fairs, open houses, webinars, on-campus and off-campus activations); Prioritize events according to their performance (costs, leads generated, conversion rate) and recommend investments; Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, CEGEPs, guidance counsellors and partners; Plan and facilitate classroom presentations and on-campus group visits; Coordinate the College's presence at education fairs (logistics, equipment, booth, staff); Design and execute open days and discovery days from A to Z; Plan, produce and facilitate recruitment webinars; Ensure the follow-up of registrations and reminders; Ensure the escalation of leads in the CRM (Dynamics 365) and the follow-up of conversions with admissions; Collaborate with digital marketing for event promotion (email, social media, paid campaigns) and attribution of results; Manage logistics (suppliers, promotional material, transport, hospitality) as well as the event budget and produce post-event reports. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS College or university training in marketing, communications, event management or related field; 2 to 4 years of experience in event coordination, ideally in student recruitment or in an educational setting. REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent organizational skills; Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously; Comfort with a CRM (Dynamics 365 an asset) and webinar tools; Availability for evening/weekend work and travel according to the event calendar. * The responsible manager may vary depending on the geographic location and reporting structure of each campus.
