The instructor will lead student teams through a studio-style production pipeline, facilitating weekly sprint cycles and providing professional guidance. They are responsible for maintaining academic standards, grading, and mentoring students as they transition into professional game development roles. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent industry experience, along with at least 5 years of professional game development experience. Strong knowledge of production pipelines, agile methodologies, and proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine is required.
