Position Summary The Production Team Leader is responsible for the execution and performance of their production line. They coordinate daily operations to ensure workflow continuity and enforce Biscuits Leclerc’s policies. With strong technical understanding of each station, they guide, develop and challenge team members while ensuring optimal results. Responsibilities You will contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions: Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards on the production line. Supporting and mobilizing team members on the line. Communicating daily goals and assessing performance. Conducting floor walks and completing daily audits. Ensuring products meet quality and food safety expectations. Responding to employee needs and acting as an operator backup when required. Requirements We are looking for someone who can: Hold relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrate positive, collaborative leadership. Make effective decisions based on operational priorities. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Show strong communication skills.
