They must also adhere to health and safety programs and participate in production meetings to ensure shop compliance. Candidates should have proven experience as a licensed Refinish Technician, with Journeyperson or Red Seal certification considered an asset. A valid Class 5 driver's license is mandatory, and a strong understanding of shop procedures and painting techniques is required.
