We’re currently hiring a Night Baker to join our team in remote camps (Various size camps / 30 -100 guests) across Canada. What You’ll Do Bake from scratch (cookies, pies, bread, and seasonal baking) Support daily breakfast specials and eggs to order Help plan menus and contribute ideas for daily breakfast features Use FIFO inventory rotation and keep production organized Follow our Food Safety Plan (HACCP recording) and maintain safe food storage/labeling Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow all safety procedures Participate in toolbox meetings and monthly worksite inspections Support the team through coaching, training, and a strong day-to-day work ethic What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 seasons in a high-volume baking/catering role Level 1 First Aid (or equivalent 2-day course) — required Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer skills Organized, safety-focused, and able to solve problems Comfortable working the night shift—including working alone at times Ability to lift and move 50 lbs Able to maintain performance during 12-hour shifts Rotational schedule: 3 weeks in / 3 weeks out Fly-in / Fly-out position Benefits / Details Paid commercial flights and hotels Paid travel days Paid travel day per diem Salary: $350–$375/day (based on skills and experience) Work locations: various remote camps throughout Canada
