We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Skilled Labourers at various project sites throughout Canada. Job Description In this role, you will perform skilled labour tasks, including general carpentry, assist with site readiness, and complete hands-on work in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities Perform general carpentry tasks as assigned (repairs, assemblies, and site support work) Use power tools safely and effectively (as required) Support material handling, staging, and site preparation Complete housekeeping/clean-up to maintain safe and organized work areas Assist trades and site crews as required (within scope of skilled labour responsibilities) Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and report hazards immediately Qualifications Experience with general carpentry (required) Experience using power tools (required) Previous remote site experience (required) Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures Physically able to perform skilled labour tasks, including lifting materials as required Comfortable working outdoors and in field/remote conditions Valid working status in Canada Assets (Preferred) Experience operating skidsteer Experience operating forklift Experience operating zoomboom Experience operating a loader Why Work With Us 3 week on 3 week off roations Work across various project sites nationwide Career advancement opportunities A challenging and supportive environment
